Quik Corp sends reps from two divisions, QuikSpray & greenPRO, to 15-20 field days each year to earn 2/3 of each divisions annual revenue through a combination of direct & indirect sales.

Process Streamlining

Reps utilized carbon copy quote books, ticking preferences and manually calculating prices with a calculator and price book. For freight costs, reps called office staff to consult a printed freight cost reference book. If an order was placed, the rep photographed and communicated it to the office.

Solutions

My two innovations were to create an interactive pdf form that could be completed live by reps on site which would link to an interactive freight depot map with links to freight provider quoting portals to allow up-to-date accurate costs. These forms also write automated emails and link to company banking portals for taking payments. Use the buttons below to investigate these solutions for yourself.
